Darren W.What a fantastic apartment. Great for a couple. Centrally located with everything close by. Shyam was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was very good from the first day i booked it with her. The information she gave me regarding directions and keys was very good. We would definitely go back to this apartment and would definitely recommend to any one who wants to go to paphos to stay here.

Great apartment

Andrew P.KessinglandThis property is excellent for 2 people. Perfectly presented and in a very good location. The apartment has lovely views of the complex and beyond. Facilities in the apartment are good, although we did find that the timers on the A/C a bit annoying. Great water pressure. We felt very relaxed here.

Kathleen Ann G.The apartment was quite good nice & clean, but no point of contact once there, couldn't get hold of owner or cleaning services. once we got in to the apartment using email document all quite good. only 1 key for the apartment and we thought on the second day someone had been in and turned the TV on as we had not touched any of the TV/ electronic machines. the pool area etc was lovely, but the surrounding scrub land and no pathway to the main restaurant bar shop area was dreadfull. Would be a good idea to get a tarmac path to the main road, as feet and footwear where filthy.

It is always cleaned before the arrival of our guest and we provide welcome pack as well and hope you enjoyed. I did send you my contacts and as well as of our cleaning management company that you could contact. Now we are providing 2 keys to our guests. I checked with our management company, no body can enter into the apartment without your permission or you are informed in advance. The surrounding scrub lad is the facility for a short cut access to the main road which is provided by the private owner. It is Municipality's responsibility to put a tarmac path. I hope you had a good time. Once again thanks for the nice review and we look forward to see you again.

Property : A lovely relaxing holiday
The apartment had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The pool area was lovely, very clean with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. It was well located with lovely bars and restaurants close. The bus route was also very good and easy to use. Overall the stay was lovely and I will be recommending this apartment to family and friends and hopefully be returning in the future.

Review title: Excellent Apartment
My partner and I stayed at Shyam's apartment for a week and were delighted with our accommodation. The apartment has everything provided and is well furnished and spotlessley clean. It is also spacious with 2 balconies and a nice pool view. The welcome pack including milk and bread was indeed very welcome, especially if you arrive a bit late for trips to the supermarkets, and it is provided with no extra charge. Royal Seacrest is a fairly new complex and is well laid out, and spacious with lots of sunbeds and no scramble necessary. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for both quality and price and will return. Please dont let the reviews of "the path to the road" put you off, it is very easy to take a proper road at night simply by going along the roads opposite the apartment entrance and turning right down to the main front. Thank you to Shyam for looking after us

Property : "Perfect winter retreat!"
Firstly I have to say Shyam is the best organiser I have came across and I am picky. He could not do enough. I made some very minor suggestions about the room and they were addressed immediately. Everything went to plan. If only he could organise flights and transfers too. Regarding the accommodation, this is spotless, fantastic location, has everything you need and more. The views are one if the best on the complex. The location is a stroll away from local bars and restaurants, whom are all friendly. The surrounding villas all seem very well maintained and. Family orientated. The pools are clean and crisp (I did go in October). The grounds are well maintained. The apartment was the best I have stayed in. Thanks to Shyam I will definately be going back but for longer. I would like to explore a bit more. I would and have already recommended to friends and family. Thanks Shyam.

"amazin hol"
i stayed in these apartments royal seacrest, me and my partner we loved them they were very clean and spacious apartments, we had an amazin veiw as you can see from the pic above, everything in our apartment you could ask for we even had milk and bread left in the fridge for us which was very handy for the next morning as we arrived early hours of the morning. we were over for out friends wedding, there was also our friends staying in another block. the aircon, bedroom etc was brilliant nice kingsize bed. also these apartments is close to everything kfc, mcdonalds if use have children and also unreal restraunts which are very cheap 13euro for 3course meals very nice. also the buses are 2euro for a day pass ... you can go on and off the busses all day or 1euro for single trip. i have recommended these apartments to a group of my friends who will be visting this area next year. we will def be back, had an amazing holiday...loved it :) Laura

We had such a wonderful experience in Cyprus, mainly because of the fantastic accommodation we stayed in. The service we received prior to our departure was nothing short of spectacular - Shyam is exceptionally polite, organised and very attentive to the needs of the guests. We would happily recommend the apartment to others to enjoy what Cyprus has to offer.

Your experience at royal seacrest Block "A" Apartment 304
My partner and I stayed at the apartment for a week in April. We visited Paphos for a friend's wedding (at the Elysium hotel) and we wanted a reasonably priced, straight forward place to stay near the hotel. This apartment was absolutely perfect! I think it was only built a year or so ago, so everything seemed brand new and really clean. The apartment had everything we needed (new crockery, kitchen utensils, flat screen tv with sky, dvd player, hairdryer, information pack etc. and a nice balcony. The pool area was lovely and very quite. Its about a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants, shops and car hire places on the Tomb of the Kings Road. The harbour area, which seems to be the centre of Paphos, is about a 25 minute walk away If you don't fancy the walk there are buses and taxis are quite cheap. The owner of the apartment was extremely helpful and quicky responded to all my emails with questions about the apartment, paphos etc. We went to some of the restaurants recommended in the Lonely Planet guide (Argo, Honduras) which were good. If you're on a tight budget Pingouinos bar/cafe near the harbour front is very nice and has some really cheap food, plus laptops you can borrow to access the internet. I'd recommend hiring a car for 2 or 3 days to explore some of the less touristy areas - Lara Bay, the gorge and walks around Bath of Aphrodite. The mosaics in paphos are definitely worth a visit too.

Lovely apartment with good facilities and the complex is very nice and met some nice people from the UK. Clean, modern decor with good pool view. We went in October and weather was still very warm. Pool and jacuzzi are good. Only a short walk to the shops and restaurants and Paphos itself is a great place. Looking forward to another wee week next October. Thanks for your help with transfers and making everything straight forward.

Brand new complex with two large swimming pools (each with a jacuzzi) and a kiddies pool. Also has toddler's play area. We stayed in a two bed townhouse which was furnished beautifully, to a really high standard. Views of the sea to the rear with a good sized back garden. Very well equpped kitchen. Would recommend!
