TERMS & CONDITIONS:
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.

10% Discount available for bookings over 2 weeks.  Discounts also available for winter lets. 

BOOKING CONDTIONS:
We require a 30% deposit to book the apartment with a minimum of £100.00.

Booking will be held for 7 days so you can book your flights.

The Balance to be paid 8 weeks before your holidays along with a refundable  security deposit of  £150.

We accept GBP by bank transfer through our local bank account in UK.   

If there is 8 weeks or less to your holidays, we would require full payment.

These prices are for maximum of 2 Adults.  Please add £40.00 incase of 3 adults and £70.00.
​You can also pay in EURO. We can fix the price in euros due to the fluctuations in the GBP currency.


Flexible changeover days and times.
Note: Apartment will not be available until 4pm on a changeover day. Apartment must be vacated by 10am on a changeover day.
 

Any additional needs, car hire, baby cot or extra bed can be arranged on request.
 

Note – Refundable security deposit will be returned approximately within 3-4 days after the end of your stay, subject to the apartment being left in a satisfactory condition. 

Cancellation Policy:
More than 8 weeks - Loss of deposit.
Between 4-8 weeks - 50% of balance refunded.
Between 2-4 weeks - 25% of balance refunded.
Between 0-2 weeks - 10% of balance refunded.

No pets are allowed. No smoking in the apartment. 

Booking arrangements:
To make a booking please check availability when the apartment is available, and then contact us to make a provisional booking. Please bear in mind that change over days are flexible, and departure times are negotiable. When the dates have been confirmed we will inform you and your booking will be reserved for a period of one week to allow you to arrange suitable flights.

Please do not book any flights until you have received confirmation that your preferred dates are available.


Insurance:
It is recommended that all guests take out their private travel/cancellation insurance at the time of booking.  Additionally it is advisable for all guests to take out adequate personal injury and personal loss/damage of possessions policies.  The owner is not responsible for any personal items brought to the apartments by guests. 

Flights:
Flights are not included in any of the prices on this website.

Cleaning:
Cleaning will be carried out prior to your arrival and extra linen is provided.  Beach towels are not included in the price and it is up to the clients to make sure that the apartment is in a satisfactory condition a mid stay clean will also be arranged for you.

Breakages:
All breakages will be covered by the key/security deposit/inventory.  Any damage that exceeds the cost of the £150 deposit will be charged to the guest, with receipts provided as proof of cost.
